You know Tetris? I loved that game when I was young. Have that friend who packs a car or a suitcase or a lunchbox REALLY well? That’s me. Know someone who can work all the moving parts of a complex dinner to be completed at the same time? Yup, that’s me, too.
I’m also a “Connector,” seeing the connections between seemingly unrelated things to help produce a more authentic action and life-giving outcome. Making connections like what you did before breakfast today, how you spend your free time, and how you were raised ALL have an effect on your business and its growth. #truth
How does this help YOU — the locally-owned-business person? By stepping back and looking at the WHOLE of your business, and your own challenges and mindset, I’m able to work with you to bring about new and positive momentum, with your people and process and profits. Together, we work towards reclaiming the growth you KNOW you can accomplish, in order to achieve your own personal goals, regain the passion for WHY you started your business, and make a greater impact in your local community.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked in the areas of professional consulting and coaching, in training and management, in retail and service. And I’ve been blessed to help people and businesses get the results they seek – whether it’s for their own personal growth, to move their profits from the red to the black, or to finally see their positive effect on their community and to give back in a significant way.
I’d be honored to work with you. It’s truly my calling to help you do YOUR job better, so your community and your team can benefit from your amazing vision for business and service.
A bit more about me personally: a South Dakota native with life miles in Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania, but I now call Minnesota home. I’m married to Bryan, and we have a 7-year-old son, Kenneth. Together, we enjoy superhero and epic story movies, playing outside, baseball, all kinds of music, loving on our cats, and traveling for new adventures.
